Work up
Blood test for Health check (Couple)
Semen analysis (Male factor check) after 2-3 day abstinence period
Hysteroscopy and Hysterosalpingography (Female factor check) shortly after the periods stop.
Hormonal test (Female factor check) for Estradiol and FSH test on D2-3 of menstrual cycle, AMH test on any day.

- Medication for trigger of ovulation will be given after favorable follicular size is revealed.
OPU (Oocyte Pick UP)
2 days after Trigger Ovulation
- prepare semen from male partner for IVF/ICSI
- OPU
Embryo transfer
3-5 day after OPU
- transfer of embryo into your womb
- medication for luteal phase support will be prescribed
Pregnancy test
10-12 day after ET
Blood test for beta-hCG level

Remark:
Total IVF/ICSI cycle requires 21 days (from initial check-up throughout embryo transfer)
Plus 6-10 days for PGD
Total length of your IVF/ICSI stay might be adjusted depending on your medication response
